Hmm...lets see..have the person been sunbathing too much..reacted to some cream.....let see try some bleaching cream should take it right out.....

Its not like if you haven't had freckles your whole life you can't ever get them. Freckles are just color change in the pigments on your skin. Anyone can have freckles. Stress can do it, sun, reactions. It's just that fairskinnec people are more prone to freckles

maybe its in their genes, not all people have freckles
