no you cant. the HIV/aids virus has a very little life spam outside of the human body. in fact it pretty much dies once it hits air. you have the smallest of getting it through those kinds of fluids.

Theoretically it is possible. However, HIV/Aids is spread through blood or semen, not through saliva. A person would have had to have had a cut or gash in their mouth and bled into said item. The acidity in the coke would probably kill the virus, but there is a small possibility that the bloodborne virus could survive in distilled water, however tap water usually contains so much bleach/chlorine that it would probably die as well. Just remember that HIV/Aids is not transmitted through saliva. The virus almost dies instantly in the air or outside of a human host.

Unlikely. HIV transferred through bodily fluids. I wouldn't recommend drinking after a person you know is infected, however, this type of transmission is not common (If at all) through those mechanisms. The virus can only live outside the body for a very short time.

If you have taken a drink after an infected person I would not worry about it. But use common sense.... don't purposely drink or eat from the same plate/bowl as someone who has a blood borne disease.

It would take a ton of gallons of spit. If it's blood, that's a different story. You can't get it from just a little bit in coke or tap water. The fluid does dominate the spit or blood.

Abolsutely NOT. HIV virus needs a human host in order to survive. Therefore, the only way it can be transmitted is via bodily fluids. (blood, semen, some cases saliva, but that's RARE.)

As far as I know, a person with AIDS can infect you with bodily fluids that come in contact with an open wound. I don't think you can catch it by drinking from the same can unless thier saliva comes in contact wih a wound in your mouth.

No. Only the body fluid(Blood,Semen, Vaginal secretion etc.) of the affected person may have HIV.

The AIDS virus is rather fragile outside thebody -- on average living only ~73 seconds.... Helpful?

it is not that type of virus. the hiv virus cannot survive outside the body. it needs a host cell to latch onto and replicate.
