There is no diet in this world like eating healthy. Diet plans fail because you feel starved. Eat six small meals a day and dont eat heavy at night. Try snacking on rice cakes, plain cereal and some unbuttered popcorn in the evening. Supplements are okay but dont take it to an extreme. Check out your nearest health food store and get some advice

You do not give your age. If you are a young healthy adult no supplements are needed and a normal balanced diet is fine.
