keep the food inside on a long table (dining with a leaf or a portable fold down)..serve it buffet style so that you have a line going from one side to the other (in going down and out going on the other side) this way you wont have to worry about spoilage and you can use the ice for your drinks....a/c might run a little longer but its only for a little while and its such a worthwhile event...congrats

Buy some under the bed storage containers and get a bunch of bagged ice, fill the bottom of the container about 1/2 full of ice. Put all the dishes that need to stay cold on top of the ice. This works great for an outdoor party and no need to worry about anything spoiling

Try to use as many coolers and food storage containers like from sams club they have the keep cold or hot food containers or keep the stuff in youre house if you dont mind people coming in and out.

Use dry ice but be very careful with it because it will burn your skin and you can get stuck to it.
