I spilled many a times before, and every one of it was by accident.
Pathetic, aren't I?
Didn't know what I was doing (its an accident) so I cursed, apologized hard and put on a seriously pathetic face (dubbed by pals). And the money that I brought to treat myself and the guys went to the women. I did braced myself for a few of their scenes.. deserved it anyway.
Basically what is by accident should be apologized for as well, so yeah and to owe her the stain on her blouse. If we guys are sincere about it, there shouldn't be a problem or any misinterpretations as a way to pick them up.

Ok, here I will consider my self the girl with blouse and tell you the best reactions i will expect in that case:
- as I will be- most probably- mad of the guy, he will have to appologize firstly.
- he should feel realy sorry and he should make me realy feel that he is.
- he should try to clean or to provide some help in cleaning my blouse(wether I will accept or not).
- some sense of hummur with polite expressions will help..!
OK now as I am a guy if this happened with me I will do as I mentioned above,no thing else will make difference...!!!

I the blouse is on a pretty girl then i would appologize her for my deed with a smile . I will offer her to clean her blouse. If the occassion is so important i would offer to get her a new blouse.

It depends on her reaction to having a drink spilled on her. If she gets on the express train to bitchville, than you just tell her to relax because they're having a sale at dress-for-less. If she's cool about it, you move in.

Appologise profuselly, go to the bar and ask for some kitchen towel and give her it, as it would be impolite to mop up your mess, as she may get the wrong idea.
