You haven't say if you had sex in the last couple of month
If you have you need to get check for an STD and I mean fast
or it could be something simple ,only an health care professional can help you with this

could be herpes....have you had unprotected sex?
if you have had unprotected sex & you have bumps on your penis that werent ther ebefore sorry hun but you really need to see a Dr.....go quickly & dont touch anyone w your penis till you do!!! Im not being mean but untreated STDs can cause health problems including inpotency, in fertility & not to mention you can spread them to other people!!!
