It's a Veggie.. the difference between fruits and veggies is that fruits have seeds in them. Corn doesn't have seeds.

being that is is a seed, it is usually considered a grain. The word 'corn' in Europe used to be a catch-all for grain, whether it was barley or millet or wheat. Maize from the new world was our only reliable corn for so long that it came to be called that.

Corn when eaten with a corn cob, or when boil or grilled is a fibrous staple food. When it is mixed with vegetables, it is a fibrous vegie.

well in a can or frozen its a vegi dried its a grain that thay grind up for flour and fule or leave it hole and feed it to cows thay can also grind it to make nuggets to burn
