Yes, very badly. I asked my doctor and they sent me for a sleep study. As it turns out, I had severe Sleep Apnea, to the extent that I would stop breathing and that my heart would occasionally stop (!)

Now I have a CPAP machine which forces air down my throat. It is very effective, comfortable, and it makes a huge difference.

My life is completely different now that I sleep well. Anyone who snores badly should discuss with their doctor ASAP.

Yes, and I've tried a number of things including a sleep study. No apnea... The over the counter pills don't seem to work, spray doesn't work. The biotene gel seemed to help a lot. Not overweight, don't smoke, and I've had some laser and sonic surgery as well. I think the snoring is very minor, but still bugs my wife.

Definitely looking for more over the counter options here...

Yes, but not often as far as I know. Sometimes I have awakened and caught myself snoring, but it stopped as soon as I was fully awake. Usually my snoring sound is from exhaling, and I'm a female. I think most male's is when they inhale.
