I've seen all sorts of things at the chocolate fountain for dipping...my personal favorites are strawberries, marshmallows, oreos, pretzels and those Italian long and skinny cookies with the hazelnut cream on the inside.

At a wedding, huh? *smile!!!!* Oh, wait... that would be the honeymoon! *wink!*
Seriously, I'd recommend a selection of fresh fruit... maybe some angel food cake cut into cubes... some stick-shaped cakes would be nice, too, something a little more solid than angel food, which would have to be served with toothpicks.... pretzels might be nice, too, but they'd "salt up" your chocolate fountain, maybe, might want to think twice about that... pretty much anything you might like chocolate on!
Have a great reception! =)

honey why in the hell would you want a chocolate fountain at you wedding you don't want to get chocolate everywhere especially if children are invited keep the chocolate in your glass of milk, or use chocolate on you honeymoon, but chocolate stains are a pain to get out of a white wedding dress just have a punch fountain or a champagne fountain good luck ,,,,,,,

Strawberries, marshmallows, and cookies are all good I wouldn't recomend cake because some crumbs might fall in the fountain and it's a bit gross.

Anything! Berries, sponge cake, angel food, any thing. If the surface will hold a coating go for it. Try Brioshe. It's a dense cake-like bread. Somewhat like pound cake, but airier.
