As we all know there are many types of insulin pumps. I have a Medtronic Minimed. There are other kinds. (Animas, Cozmo...) If there is anyone with an insulin pump out here what kind do you have and what are your pros/cons with it? I mean there are always problems with stuff. I can think of a bunch of things I don't like about the Paradigm 715 I have right now. But there are also things I like about it. What are your reviews about insulin pumps?

My 7 year old uses the Paradigm 515 by Medtronic Minimed, we love it. Some of her friends have the competitors, their parents complain about buttons breaking, not being as well built and as sturdy as the Minimed. I really like that you can set different carb ratios and basal rates too. The Quick set infusion set is really easy to use.
Hope this helps

Yor better off adjusting your nutrition for diabetic patients. Maybe its your diet or some medication your taking.
Look at some courses or books on nutrition, and physical fitness.
If you get sick taking medicine, such as the listed signs of the sickness. Then something is wrong.
try books on nutrition or courses at the nearest accredited junior college, the classes are easy.
your healthcare might cover it, being knowledge to take care of yourself or preventive medicine.
There are also home courses, such as www.pcdi.com and Penn Forester.
