the only good thing for Starbucks is the consistency so when you travel in 3rd world countries, you have a backup in case you don't find a decent local cafe. Their coffee is way overrated. For me, I like Dunkin' Donuts in the States and Tim Hortons in Canada, if I can't find a local one to sample.

Froggy, Coffee is coffee and it can be obtained at any gas station, convenence store, or deli but the read deal is Starbucks! When I want to go, to move, to have lightining speed like 5 tornados ramming a hurricane I go to starbucks and get starbucks...not coffe. The Black Eye is my favorite. A double shot in that cup and I'm good to go. One cup took me from Fredrick MD. to Columbus Ohio last march. Stuff kicks butt.

Nero's (UK Chain of Italian coffee shops.) Starbucks by comparison is weak, bland and way over-priced
