I have actually heard that honey is very good for you its a good natural source of nutrients.

as long as the child is over a year old, she can have honey. If fed before it could cause illness. I don't know if it is healthy but it is natural and doesn't have some of the junk in it that jellies and jams do.

It's OK as long as it's not a baby. There is an enzyme in Honey that an immature digestive system can not handle.

As long as your child is over the age of two, she will be fine. Honey can contain botulism, and a little childs stomach will not digest it as well as we do and it could make them sick.

organic natural honey is good for you, even has antibacterial qualities
but I'd worry about her teeth as honey molecules are smaller and rot teeth better than anything

You can not feed honey to babies as it contains or can contain botulisim toxin.
When you are older your digestive tract can over come it with no problems but babies can not and they can get sick.

ya. it's definitely alright. its really good if she likes it. my grandpaa was a professor and was researching on honey. he told me 2 eat atleast one spoon in a day. go a day and give her some honey.don't worry.

not sure if this helps any, but i've heard that if aperson has allergies to pollen and such, eating honey made from your immediate area, helps with these allergies, as bees use that pollen.
