Could be anything from boils to a heat rash to molluscum contagiosa, a viral infection.
If the area is clean and you see spots, you should be showing them to a doctor, not a message board.

sperm that u didnt get to wipe of go to the shower and get some body wash an a wire brush and scrub theyll go away with any luck your balls will get red.
