The Cantonese are considered to be the finest chefs in China. Their food is good. I like the tastes of the Hunan better though. I grew up on Japanese food, so it doesn't seem that special to me. I prefer Chinese.

indian food is really good, as a lot of trouble is taken in preparation, no junk food, or processed, mainly fresh preparation.
a staple diet consisting of rotis,i.e. indian bread, contains no yeast, and you can have variations, by using different types of flours, like jawar, bajara, corn, wheat, rice, soya, etc. then there is dal, flavoured with chillies and bay leaves, one or two fresh vegetables, curds, which is set from milk at home, rice, desi ghee for nutrition, coconut chutney and cucumber salad , mango or lemon pickle, papadam, and a simple sweet made from either curds, or plantains in milk, rice pudding, or any other variety by using gram flour and sugar or jaggery. for nonvegetarians, there is egg-curry in garam masala, or chicken and mutton, with spices.
there are so many ways, in which rotis could be made, by stuffing veg or non-veg, called stuffed parathas, and you need not have any thing else, just some curds, or pickle, to go with it.
breakfast is also varied, than boring eggs , eggs, everyday. quick dishes with broken wheat, pounde rice, dosa, idlis, puris, a lot of variety, and nutrition too.
