I would talk to her about it and let her know that she is not being honest by saying she is a vegetarian when she eats meat all the time. She might be able to say that she is trying to reach that goal, but she is working on it. Just don't judge her too much for it...she may be trying and it IS a personal choice. Some people who have grown up in big meat eating households have problems with the switch....give her time and perhaps you can even offer to help her out with some recipes and stuff. She might welcome the help and might just be having a difficult time finding things to eat.

If you were lacto vegetarian I would say drink a small glass of whole milk, it might be good for your nerves. Perhaps soy milk and other nondairy milks would help.
Have you considered spiritualizing? Being vegetarian for health reasons is not the only way to go. Do you believe in karma, reincarnation and that animals have a soul?
When we are more spiritually conscious we may find it easier to detach ourselves from external problems such as your friend giving you a hard time.

The first thing you should do is file a lawsuit against her. Lying is against the law. Plus, she is eating meat. Videotape her eating meat so you can use it in court. Make sure you record her saying she's vegetarian as well, that is key evidence. You might come out with a big sum of money. Good luck.

Next time she eats meat in front of you, just ask her why she's not a vegetarian on that particular day!

I can relate, I know people that claim to be vegetarians (like myself) too yet they eat chicken and fish :p!
If she's your friend, I'd call her out on it! Tell her it's offending and it sounds like she's making light of your morals. Good Luck! :)

Perhaps you misunderstood. She might have said that she's a vagitarian, not vegitarian. If she's a vagitarian, then she may be hitting on you, or at least trying to find out if you're at least bisexual.

Speak frankly to her and assure her you can still be friends whether she's a vegetarian or not.
