Home-Made Peanut Butter Use Fresh roasted or salted peanuts It is wise to start with a bland oil: Safflower or vegetable oil Allow 1 and 1/2 to 2 Tablespoons oil to 1 cup peanuts. If nuts are unsalted, add salt to taste. ABOUT 1/2 TEASPOON SALT PER CUP. Put ingredients in an electric blender and process. Try putting 1/4 to 1/2 cup at a time in the blender container, and processing at highest speed.

I love PB cookies!! Have you tried the flourless kind? 1 cup sugar, 1 cup peanut butter, and 1 egg. Mix it up real well and spoon onto cookie sheets, flatten slightly and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 12 to 15 minutes. MAKE SURE IT IS FULLY COOLED BEFORE HANDLING!! They will crumble if you dont. Man, they are really good!
