There r lots of filipinos in New Jersey, ask them!! If you ask me(I'm filipino), there is one I know but it's here in Connecticut. For the sake of that girl who's asking what pancit(it's not pancet, it pancit) is like lo mein, but better. It's a little bit dry but you can always put that mixture of chicken stock and soy sauce. It's made out of noodles, chicken, carrots, celery, calamansi(calamansi is a citrus friut that is mostly found the philippines), cabbage and sometimes deep fried and chopped pork belly. There are a lot of types of pancit. Some of them r the following:
Pancit canton
Pancit Luglog
Pancit Habhab
PAncit bihon(the best!)
Pancit shanghai
If you want really good ones, go to the Philippines. Remember the food is always better where it came from.
I wish you good luck on finding/cooking this dish!!!!! MABUHAY!!!

Yes there is one Filipino restaurant, Little Quiapo. Pancit is a common dish in Philippines as a merienda or in-between-meals, I; sure they will have it there. You can also cook this dish, it is very simple just go on a Filipino website such as Wow Philippines.com you will find many links from there. Good luck and Mabuhay
