Nope, but I keep the meat in the diet down to a minimum (size of a deck of cards). Eat lots of veg, fruit and cheese, have a steak once a month and fish about three/four times a week. Rest of the time I'll eat chicken or pork. However I've been messing around with this stuff called TVP (textured Veg protein) Soy-Tastic, makes good chili and spaghetti sauce, however I tried eating it straight and all I could think of was goobery snot.

Yes, I am a vegetarian due to my health condition. Vegetarian food is not all about vegetables and fruits although that would be the very opinion of anyone who thinks about a vegetarian's meal. It has a lot more stuff than that. eg: Noodles, Pasta etc. It's just the same thing although it consists more of plant products and less of animal products.

there are a mode of things you could eat! Beans are a strong change for meat. there are a mode of many kinds of beans! I prefer to black beans, army beans and Heinz baked beans in a tomato sauce that is categorized vegetarian on the can. also because you're acquainted with already ingesting meats, having that meat "center piece" being the significant area of your meal. verify your community grocery shops, maximum of all kinds of meat substitutes! they have pretend fowl, turkey that is available interior the favourite nugget/patty kinds. Even interior the variety of "breasts" that you would typically bread/fry do what you'll with them there is pretend burgers. Rice burgers Oh such an excellent style of diverse scrumptious ideas! I eat and practice dinner way in good structure being vegetarian than I ever did being a meat eater! such an excellent style of imaginative concepts. p.c.. your admired meal and hit upon the extra humane procedures to make it utilising vegetables and meat substitutes by using searching up recipes on line, or maybe bypass to a e book save and p.c.. out a veggie pleasant meal handbook. good success!

I guess i'd call myself a half-vegetarian. I only eat it every once in a while. Tastes better when you dont eat it everyday.
