I um would NEVER... but I did read somewhere that the are filled with protien, and are actually good for you....

Your booger have bacteria in them that can cause ulcers. Boogers catch all kinds of bad things in the air including germs.

people will look at you with a look of disgust. They may even avoid being seen with you.
I've heard, too, that it's a part of resistance programming. You eat your own mucus, it is digested and in the process analysed. Your own body can determine what it was that those white blood cells were battling when they expired and design the appropriate anti-bodies. I don't know that it's true....Just something I heard.

A little extra protein in your diet. Have you tried them sauteed with garlic butter yet? Sometimes I add a little chopped onion too. And don't forget to season with salt and pepper. They're great that way.
