Hello,
Normal spots could be acne, not aids i wouldnt worry but if you are ....test can always be carried out......since it isn't lesion with is similar with aids i don't think you should worry....

I don't mean to alarm you, but have you been checked for aids? Sometimes people get brown lesions on the face.

not as a lot as my expertise ,, yet try to be responsive to candida albican ( a fungi ) which does impact purely immunocompromised people ( like HIV affected individual) , and it appears that evidently like white issues on your mouth and tongue and lips .... good success
