ok those are a couple of the symptoms but first you should check out the other symptoms too - they are.....
increased thirst
going to the loo all the time – especially at night
extreme tiredness
weight loss
genital itching or regular episodes of thrush
blurred vision.
I would go to the doctor and ask to be tested either way really but the more sympyoms you have the more likely it is....although these could be symptoms of numerous things....including simple stress

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

These are the typical symptoms of high blood glucose levels. You should be on something to regulate your blood glucose levels. This would be pills or indulin or both depending on if you are type 1 or type 2 diabetic. If you are not on either of these you need to see a doctor immediately. Diabetes can cause many bad effects to other body organs if not kept under control. I know this because I am a medical assistant and I also have a son who is a brittle diabetic.

you are possibly tired all the time if your diabetes is not controlled. the need to use the loo alot at night points to high glucose levels at night.
however, with the report of mood swings, it could be you have a thyroid problem, which might also make you tired. ask your doctor to check your TSH

To monitor your sugar level and to reduce frequent urination, drink the juice extracted from one bitter gourd, one cucumber and one tomato twice a day. Eat lots of cucumber daily. Cut 3 fresh garlic flakes into fine pieces and gulp them with hot water on empty stomach before breakfast. Drink lemon juice in hot water. Avoid food rich in calories, aerated soft drinks, oily and spicy food. Regular brisk walking for one hour daily will also help. Take one tablet of Spirulina/500g daily to enhance your immune system. Add some vitamin C also.
