Unbuttered popcorn. Or smuggle in some fruit or veggies in a ziploc bag. There are also lots of candies that are fat free. Twizzlers are a good option also. I know a friend who lost a LOT of weight, and one of the things she was allowed to eat was Twizzlers:

the best and healthiest is unbuttered popcorn, you should bring your own and you should buy smart puffs the healthy pop corn or go to the organic food section, and buy pop corn.

If you want to buy the food at the counter at the theater, I think a soft pretzel with mustard and no salt would be good.

Nachos with extra chees and extra jalepenos. These taste so good. The best part is the next morning when you have jalepeno butt. It stings so badly it feels so good it hurts so bad. And you just have to keep going to. It's like it never ends. I've been pooping out my jalepenos all morning. It's a great experience, and Superman was AWESOME.

Peanuts (in the shell), if they have them, for low carb. Unbuttered popcorn is good too.

If you HAVE to have candy, get some gummy bears or twizzlers. These are atleast somewhat lower in sugar than the rest of them.

other than water I cannot think of any healthy food available at the movies so I guess you could sneak in some of your own - like make your own granola or favorite cookies

I would say bring your own food if you want to heat healthy while you are at the movies.

I usually bring some soft pretzels with me. Unbuttered popcorn is good but many times it loaded with salt. I would say definately just bring something in with you.

Chocolate covered raisins or almonds (preferably dark chocolate). They're caloric but at least you'll get some fiber, iron, minerals and anti-oxidant benefits.
