Ignore him so he will wonder why... maybe the next time you bump each other he will be the one to approach you but if he still doesn't notice you then better just forget him. There are a lot of better guys than him! ;)

This is my girlfirend's opinion: If you haven't said anything to him yet, you need to. If it doesn't feel like he is going to talk to you, just try talking to him, ask his advice about something. And smile!
Ok, me:Theres nothing better then a girl flirting with you and letting you know that she likes you.I think you should just ask him things like how was you day and common stuff and from there you can start a conversation and then maybe ask him on a date..

When I first met my wife she was sunny,and always smiled at me which made me feel really good and so we have been married now for 9 years. This method works well as it makes the man know that you are interested in him!

Well first,walk up to him and talk to him. That will surely get him to notice you. At least, when you walk pass him, make eye contact and smile or say hi.

You should be friendly to him, greet him whenever he passes by... That's the first move a girl should do... The boy will do the rest like to make a relationship with you, kiss you, compliment you, and others...

do things an extra mile..
if you smile at him, then smile bigger. If you get to spend time with him, then make him happy -- make him feel like he's having the time of his life with you. If you care for him, then show him you do! Flirt subtly.. lots of things, really :)
