No, viruses like HIV, are so microscopic it would be impossible for you to tell if you got it or "feel it working". It can take days and even weeks for a person to know they have an STD. And it can take months and even years to show any symptoms of an STD.

No it will took a month or less for u to notice the symptom of STD .U can not fell any thing immediately.
