Sure... some vegetables contain saturated fats and vegetable oil is fairly high in sat-fats. Also, peanuts are high in saturated fats. Saturated fats are not limited to meat products.

Vegan diets contains no measurable amount of cholesterol and very little saturated fat, but it's in there nonetheless.

Saturated fat can be found in sources other than animals. Coconuts, vegetable oils, margerines, nut butters.
If the person eats dairy products saturated fat is also in eggs, milk and cheese.

Sure, as long as it doesn't come from meat. For example, coconut oil, cottonseed oil, and palm kernel oil contain saturated fat but are plant products.

for ovo-lacto vegetarians:
butter, whole milk products, eggs, coconut, palm(palm from the fruit not the seed).
fish and cod liver oil if the vegetarian in question eats fish.
vegans can't do the dairy or fish so just the palm, coconut.
