Too hard of a question ....
I need multiple answers: peking ravioli (but only with good ginger sauce), egg foo young (fried pork/extra veggies), lo mein (veggie), terriaki anything, but most of all gau poo lo mein. I might have spelled that wrong but our local Chinese restuarant has it advertised for 2 people at a price of $14.99. It is three buckets - one of veggie lo mein, one of tempura battered shrimp, chicken, lobster and pork, and lastly one of great veggies is a dark non spicy sauce/gravy. You are supposed to first put lo mein on plate, then battered meat, then veggies and sauce. I am starving! Plus crab rangoon with lots of hot mustard isn't too bad!

Peking duck, served two ways:
1. peking duck minced meat served in lettuce leaves and topped with hoisin sauce
2. crunchy peking duck skin with spring onions or scallion flowerette with hoisin sauce on sweet flour crepes
I also love dimsum and I'll never forget the Congee I had in Hong Kong...yummmy!
