Assuming you're bored and really want to do something different, try this.

First, go to the grocery store and pick up the cheapest piece of beef you can find, plus one large onion and a jar of hot peppers (the kind you get on a salad bar). Also get some french bread rolls.

If you have a slow cooker, put the beef, sliced onion and peppers (juice and all) in the cooker and put it on low for a good 6-8 hours. If not, put it in a small roasting pan (covered) in the oven on 250* overnight. It makes the most delicious Italian beef sandwiches you'll ever have. The pepper juice will make the beef literally fall apart and melt in your mouth. Serve it on the french bread rolls with a little mustard or horseradish/mayo.

well i love this dish as a child and i still do now:
(there are no real measurements)
curry pumkin and saltfish

select a nice ripe pumkin, cut the skin off. cut the pumkin in cube in moderate sizes because when you put the pumkin in the pan the pumkin will melt and you don't want it too mushy.
while you are doing that you have your saltfish boiling (try to boil out most of the salt from the fish) get yur frying pan add some oil, when the oil starts heatin up at medium flame put about about 1-2 tbs of curry powder and let the curry turn a dark yellow color (becareful and quick! the curry can burn REAL quick!) then add chopped garlic, a little bit of sliced onions (or powder if you prefer) and saute it to bring the flavor out. put in the pumkin and lower the flame about halfway, cove and let steam. the pumkin will start melting so ceck every so often to make sure it don't dry out and stick to the pan. sice pumkin retains water there should be no need to add water (only if it gets too dry or you'll be makin it too mushy). add saltfish by then sould be deboned and ready to put in some salt and black pepper, put over some white rice and you good to go! hope someone makes this and reply back, it actuallly tastes good.

Hmmm........here's a recipe for Grilled Chicken Fajitas:

1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 4x1/4-inch strips
1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
8 flour tortillas (8 inches in diameter)
1 cup salsa (any variety)
1/2 cup guacamole, if desired

1. Mix lime juice, oil and chili powder in shallow glass or plastic dish or heavy-duty resealable plastic food-storage bag. Add chicken and onion; turn to coat with marinade. Cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours.
2. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
3. Remove chicken and onion from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill chicken and onion 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, brushing frequently with marinade and turning once, until chicken is no longer pink in center. Discard any remaining marinade.
4. Divide chicken and onion among tortillas, placing in center. Fold one end of tortilla up about 1 inch over chicken mixture; fold right and left sides over folded end, overlapping. Fold remaining end down. Top with salsa and guacamole.
