Im only a vegetarian because it is so hard to find organic meat and im so broke.lol You get use to it after a while, but there is no evidence that being a vegetarian is better or healthier for you. Just don't eat pork, farm raised fish, shellfish, any fish that DOES NOT have scales AND fins should be avoided (this includes clams, mussels, shrimps, lobsters, crab, squid, eel, catfish, shark, etc.). Also do not eat kosher meat and poultry if it is not organic. Eat less red meat.

Actually it is quite difficult when u just starts to be one. Don totally be a vegetarian at the start. Try to eat less meat with more vegetable. Give yrself a time period like half a month. Think about the inconvenience of eating meat - that's what i do.

A lot depends on your reason for being vegetarian, either your love for animals, or for health reasons. I have been a vegetarian for 37 years for animal reasons. There are all sorts of cook books and lots of stuff at health food stores. You will soon find things you like to eat, and after a while you won't even think about eating meat any more.

Personally, I think vegetarianism is morally wrong.

I would advise you to eat meat, and no try to be a vegetarian, because it's healthier, despite the pseudo-science people keep spewing about meat containing toxins and vegetarianism being healthier etc.
