To ripen fast, put them in a paper bag with a ripe (brown) banana.

Put them in a paper bag.

If you want it to ripen faster, add a ripe apple to the bag. The apple emits chemicals that will make your peaches ripen faster.

I do this all the time and it works great.

Put them in a paper bag and sit them in a window where they can get warm from the sun. It will take a day or two, but it is faster than any other method I have ever heard of!
