I was born with a congenital heart defect and was told that I'd probably be dead by the time I was 20, I accepted this as a challenge. To those people that want to know I am on my third life, I'm 58. Do I want to die? no. Am I afraid to die? no. Life is tougher than death but it can be far more rewarding. I believe when it is my time I'll die and not before.
If you are seriously thinking of dying or taking your life talk to someone you know you can be straight with. Just remember life is short but death is forever.

No, I don't want to die, but I don't really have much choice, do I? All I can do is live my life the best I can day by day and walk as lightly on this beautiful planet doing the least harm to it that I can, and every day appreciating, acknowledging and giving thanks for all the blessings I have received. I love life!

As a christian, I am not afraid of death (said in the comfort of my own home), but as a person with a family, I don't want it to come soon.
