Puppy Zwolle is right. A friend of mine died because no-one knew how to deal with her severe asthma attack, so she had a heart attack.

No, my friends heart failure was caused by a severe asthma attack brought on by an allergic reaction to animal hair. It wasn't panic, it wasn't psychosomatic. Not all asthma is hysterical. That's just a trendy diagnosis by people who like to believe you don't really get sick unless you secretly want to.
Her throat and lungs closed up. No one knew how to give CPR or a tracheotomy so she died of heart failure - her heart was pumping but not getting oxygenated blood, do you see?

Yes, but more than likely the symptoms are from anxiety (shortness of breath, heart racing, not sure what to do) because of the Asthma attack. But absolutely take it seriously and get to an ER

I feel your pain. I've had asthma for 14 years now and have seen several doctors. The truth is, there is no known cure for asthma at the moment. But the symptoms can be prevented. It really depends on what causes your brother's asthma. Mine is usually dust and hot weather. But I think the universal method is using the control inhaler.

I cured my Asthma the natural way?

If you already have heart disease or history of MI it could. Because MI is caused by lack of oxygen going to the myocardium. So if you are having an asthmatic attack you are depriving your heart with oxygen it could precipitate a heart attack. Plus when you're having an asthmatic attack the tendency of the heart is to beat faster which require more oxygen and your body has inadequate oxygen supply so the heart will gonna suffer a lot due to lack of oxygen. But if you have no heart issues it wouldn't cause a heart attack.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and the answer is yes it can but only if that person has no medication at hand. If the oxygen supply is diminished long enough it puts a strain on the heart muscles and a heart attack can result

If you have congestive heart disease, then you will have cardic asthma. One of my relative had bronchial asthma. Now she has acquired arrhythmia (palpitation) of the heart. This may be due to the side effects of the medication for the asthma. Consult your doctor.
Please see the webpages for more details on Bronchial asthma.
