whole foods. local farm fresh produce and animal products. biodynamic produce is ideal. animals products from those that graze on pasture without chemicals or hormones... chickens that forge for food and get sun. saturated fats are best, mono are second unsaturated/polyunsaturated go rancid very quickly and cause free radical damage in the body. the typical organic in the stores is just a switch from synthetic pesticide to organic pesticide...still the same industry. supporting small farms supports the little guy and also builds community.

traditional preparation of foods also is healthiest. soaking of grains and beans, fermenting vegetables, using the whole animal...the wisdom is in our ancestry. the disease is from industry.
