Vitamin E is found in the following foods:

* Wheat germ
* Corn
* Nuts
* Seeds
* Olives
* Spinach and other green leafy vegetables
* Asparagus
* Vegetable oils -- corn, sunflower, soybean, cottonseed

Products made from these foods, such as margarine, also contain vitamin E.

Avocado. Vitamin E is or is contained in oils, so oily things are more likely to have it. Nuts probably also contain some vitamin E.

eat foods rich in vitamin E—nuts, seeds, vegetable oils, whole grains, and leafy greens. Sunflower seeds are high, they are common and you can use the oil for added supplement in cooking. Almons are also good, you can add them with your leafy green vegetables for texture, and of course they are delicious for snacking.
