Ducky, I LOVED your idea. I want to try that but I'm taking them to a party...how much in advance can I assemble them (if I keep them in baggies over ice?)

Hello,
I take peaches and slice them up...
And put them between two club crackers...
And put some cottage cheese in there as well...
The problem is though, that i eat them all off of the tray prior to leaving the kitchen...
Very refreshing in the summer, and very yummy...
However you cannot make like 50 at one time...
As it would obviously get a little bit messy...

Diced peaches in with orange jello then topped with cool whip. Nothing with any real amount of fat. Hope you like it.

I clean them, then slice them thin, put them in individual mini freezer bags and stuff in the freezer. Then when they are frozen I snack on them. They are really good and good for you. I do it when I want ice cream.

Grilled peaches are tasty....if you have one of those indoor grills you could do it inside and make them fresh as you go....

Also, a fondue would work....maybe chocolate with peaches....

ok i have a great recipe that i discovered one day with my BF all you gotta do is mix together one small jar of Marshmellow Fluff with one small bar of cream cheese...then mix them with a mixer on a low setting until it's creamy/fluffy (you'll know when it looks right) trust me it's great! and it's easy and best of all it's cheap!! Enjoy!
