The people who take your blood first will normally ask you if you have any type of diseases that can be spreaded, and if so they will not take your blood. But if do not know then they will take your blood test it and if it comes back positive then they will inform you and get rid of the blood.

They would most likely inform you. But after that, they would throw the blood away.

They normally tell you and then put you on a permanent deferment list. They also throw away the blood because they don't want anyone else to get it.
