Why do you want to do it? If it's for the right reasons, I'll support you, sure.
Just make sure that you're getting the nutrients you need. There's quite a few vitamins and other nutrients that only occur naturally in meat or meat products, so as a vegan you'll need to take nutritional supplements to make sure you get all of those. You can probably find a vegan website that would tell you all that you need. Good luck!

you may not want to hear this, but you are WAY too young to be on such a limted diet. even though recent studies have proven the old "food pyramid" needed some tweaking, it's still pretty valid. recent studies have also proven that humans are omnivores - that means we NEED meat in our diets. you can live on a raw diet, but it will take a lot of supplements, especially calcium for you, since you're a good 10 years away from full physical maturity. you really should do a lot of research, talk to several nutritionists, talk to a couple of doctors. why do you feel like you need to go to such an extreme? maybe you could start with just plain ol' vegetarian - still have some dairy (again, the crucial calcium and protein for your growing body), cooked grains (protein!), etc.
whatever you decide to do, good luck and please be careful and stay healthy.

The raw vegan diet is a great thing health-wise, but please talk to your doctor before you begin. It is very important to get enough fatty-acids and protein in your diet, especially at your age, and that can be difficult on a raw vegan diet unless you have proper support from a doctor or nutritionist. You will also want to ensure that you consume enough calories to stay healthy.
Best of luck, and happy grazing!

THink about this... Getting fat is based on what you eat... not how much you eat... If you want to go Vegan... GO FOR IT!! Just know that there are other alternatives that will accomlish even greater results!! But if it's only temporary..... try to do it for a month and see how it works out.. Track your progress in weight, cholesteral, etc and compare it with every month you do it... If you see improvement... KEEP IT UP! if not, then stop!

being a vegetarian is not a guarantee you will not be fat. My sister has not eaten any meat in 15 years and she is at least 50 pounds over weight. all that bread and pasta is not so good.

I support you!
I became vegan when I was eleven. I'm twenty-two now. Thanks to my mother's support and understanding, it was very easy for me.
Hopefully, your parent(s) are understanding and supportive as well.
If you're doing it for the right reasons, and are really committed, more power to you! Good luck! :)

...at age14-- honestly, I think you should put your energy into something else. You are too young to be obsessing about food. Enjoy it while your young!!! Plus you are missing out of some great things...like ummm...cooking.. :)
