Okay..... an STD is a Sexually Transmitted Disease.......so how you are even thinking a needle plays a part in this....I don't really know. Yes...I have heard of HIV....which is associated with BOTH needle sharing and unprotected sex.

If you are :
1. using needles.........you need help.
2. sharing needles....you need help
3. feeling ill in ways other than "normal" illness....you need help
4. seeing spots......you need help (this could be a sign of something serious with your optical nerves in your brain)
5. have had a low grade fever for more than three days.....you need help.

Here is a link with a lot of good info about all kinds of STD's.......including HIV.

All STD's are transmitted through the blood...so a "dirty" needle can transmit any & or all of them possibly. As for the low temp....how low?...how long has it been low? when & how was it taken?. A low temp can be a sign of your immune system becomming overwhelmed by some kind of infection to the point where it is unable to "mount a defense" ....thats when you have an increased temp(fever) which is the bodies way of trying to burn out the offending organism.

If it is recieved from a needle it's not an STD... by definition. But there are lots of things that you can get from a dirty needle so get to the doctors quick - no-one on Answers can diagnose you or whoever you are asking on behalf of.

Hepatitis or Herpes, maybe all are transmitted through bodily fluid. You just need to go the dr. and he'll draw some blood, and you'll be fine. However, not knowing is always worst. You may just be aenimic(low iron blood levels). So G'luck and get better, you'll be fine. We've all been there:)
