Yes.. some guys may get symptoms of gonorrhea.
ok... go for a check-up - 'Gram stain of a cervical smear' if you think you have gonorrhea. Some of the symptoms are:
Abnormal bleeding
Burning when passing urine
greyish white vaginal discharge
General irritation around genital area
Symptoms in guys include: yellow discharge, burning sensation while passing urine, frequent urination, blood in urine, glandular swellings in the groin, etc.
Gonorrhea is highly treatable, but your partner will have to be treated too. Its better to go and get yourself cleared or diagnosed and treated as soon as possible as untreated it can lead to a number of problems including pelvic pain, infertility, ectopic pregnancies and pelvic inflammatory disease

Not always. Always see a doctor if you are actively sexually. You need checkups and also you need to use a birth control pill. So get checkups!
