Nobody would start as virgins with anal sex, except perhaps some Muslims...

Buy a good packet of condoms and try the most common things at first - get relaxed and enjoy before trying anything else.

And, yes, you can get any kind of STDs or HIV if someone was infected by blood infusion or what so ever. Don't take any risks.

1) Anal sex is dangerous without a condom, and if the condom ruptures, it's useless. You can get a UTI (urinary tract infection) from having e coli bacteria enter your urethra. You may not think this is a big deal, but UTI's can become chronic and then they're a pain in the ***, and can lead to bladder infection (cystitis) or kidney infection (nephritis).
Toys for anal sex are safer (just keep them clean). Another thing you can contract is hepatitis. Your gf might not know she has it, and the most common form, Hepatitis A, comes from food or water contaminated with feces.
2) Yes, you could give her syphilis this way, if you had it.
3) Klegel exercises make the vagina stronger, not smaller. However, a strong vagina can get a good grip on a guy.
4)Not so much. You're moving from clean to dirty. However, if you're using lots of lube, you have to be careful about it dripping down towards her vagina.

If she is a virgin, don't go anal.... That is one you have to work on, it is a very painfull process, and you must insert yourself very, very slow. anal, should be for the more "adult/prolong" relationships, it isn't something you play around with. Just pop her cherry, she will be in enough pain when you do that. Stay out of the anal for a while. Stds, please practice safe sex. as for kegal, what is she trying to hide she has had sex, regardless, a doctor will know wheather she is a virgin or not, kegal is good to do. just stay out of her anal, that is pain you don't want to put her in when you both are starting out. there be planty of time for that later down the line

You are wise to seek information before starting this adult activity. I urge you to also get check-ups and birth control counselling -- start a relationship with your local Planned Parenthood clinic, and they will be there to help when you have questions in the future. You could even become a peer counselor!

These links will help you find the Planned Parenthood clinic in your area, and give you some information on condoms, birth control, infection, safer sex, abstinence and other alternatives to intercourse, how to talk to your partner about sexual issues ... even a video on how to CORRECTLY apply a condom.

Before you start all these sexual Olympics, I suggest you consider what you intend to do. You talk as though you know far more than you are pretending and somehow I think that you are someone who is just waiting for the answers from females so that you can play with yourself. If I am wrong, then you are mad...................
