Well, apparently they eat fruit that's fallen, and also things that die of natural causes. I don't know if they'd class being hit with a car as 'natural', but they might. I always thought it was more like if they found their pet had died in the night, they had a fry up for breakfast...
A good way to tell that your health is getting worse is that fruitarians start following you around- "Are you waiting for me to die? Get out of here, it's just a cold!" Pesky fruitarians... or should they be called fruities?
