If you are getting enough sleep and are tired anyway, it could be iron that you need. If you are really thin, you might not be getting enough calories. Start eating a handful of almonds every day, maybe half of an avocado (for vegetable fat that comes with it's own enzyme to help the fat digest). The Source of Life vitamin probably already has B12, essential for vegans, but how is the zinc? I added kelp tablets to my diet when I figured out my sea salt wasn't iodized.

Vitamins fall into two categories: fat soluble and water soluble. The fat-soluble vitamins - A, D, E, and K - dissolve in fat and can be stored in your body. The water-soluble vitamins - C and the B-complex vitamins (such as vitamins B6, B12, niacin, riboflavin, and folate) - need to dissolve in water before your body can absorb them. Because of this, your body can't store these vitamins. Any vitamin C or B that your body doesn't use as it passes through your system is lost mostly through urination, so you need a fresh supply of these vitamins every day.

what i suggest you do is to seek out a good naturopath and get sound advice from a doctor.
i am a healh professional and have done nutrition and excercise consulting for many years.
the answers to your guestions can not be met by giving you general information
i can however share with you that it is not uncommon for women who undertake a vegan lifestyle to suffer from low iron stores, this could be the cause of your lack of energy.
vitiamans do not provide energy they provide nutrients, so taking vitamins will not give you energy, energy comes from food.
please find a knowledgable physician and get a comprehensive study done that will cater to your individual needs
you can actually do harm to your body if you are forcing your self to do workouts without proper rest and nutrition your body needs.
Please consult a physician
good luck and best of health to you

multivitamins, also check with a nutritionist or dietitian in your area about different nutrients you need due to your food choices.
you are probably low in protein and an nutritionist can help you decide the best way to get the vitamins you need while still sticking to your foods that you like
