I have heard of one instance where that happened to two brothers who used the same razor one right after the other. But I am not sure if the first brother cut himself deeply or if he cut a pimple. But the chances are very low as the blood would be very little. A person would have to use the razor immediately following.

What machine? I am assuming you mean at home? And if so,then don't let anyone else use your shaver,if you are HIV positive. Not sure pimples count as spreading the virus....although they would be bodily fluids,I would think it was rare. I've taken tons of AIDS classes, and they didn't ONCE mention pimple transmission as a source to spread the virus.

Personally I believe the anwer is yes! Because any time there is blood to blood contact you are leaving yourself open to the virus. So if while shaving you happen to cut a pimple that leaves blood on the shaver the next person who uses it can be infected... My opinion is never to share personal items with anyone!

Yeah, if you use a razor from a public toilet which is very unlikely to happen at all. Those are personal belongings and so far all guys I know have their own personal razors or shave and they never share it with other people for hygienic purposes.

Most likely, yes. There's no tell what could be inside the fluid... even when there's no blood on it, because all viruses lives in bodily fluids, not just blood. why did u ask, u have aids? or do u share razors with someone with aids?

It is possible.

Don't share razor blades or toothbrushes. These items may carry traces of HIV-infected blood.
