How did god come into existance and what was there before. If god can create things, then how was god created ?

Genesis 1:2
The earth was empty, a formless mass cloaked in darkness. And the Spirit of God was hovering over its surface.
God is not man or creation. God is spirit. He was not created. All things came into existence through God. God is beyond human understanding.
God is awesome.

Before the earth there was empty space, after some chemical explosion/collision etc etc, the earth was formed which happened to have the perfect conditions for life. God freatures no where in the making of the planets because (I cant hold in for much longer, here it comes...) GOD DOESENT EXIST!!! stupid fools.

careful now, this question tends to make christians do 1 of 2 things.
1. get real angry and condemn you to hell
