It can take up to 3-4 weeks getting to Ghana, but if not after a month Ghanian Customs may have nicked it. Its happened to me in other African countries and is quite a well known occurance.

Was it sent International air mail? You should be able to check it online if it was by using the reference number. If not allow ten working days minimum.

was the package sent registered - if so sign into www.royalmail.com and put in the tracking number. I'm sure there will also be a contact us button on there somewhere so maybe they can help.
