I suspect your mind is very active of late. Other than the short term nuisance, I wouldn't worry. When you resolve whatever issues you are facing, you're sleeping problem will probably resolve itself as well.

Many answers here, stress, hormone imbalance, too much work not enough fun. I'm being serious at the same time here.. Rest and relaxation is essential..
Stop and smell the roses, so to speak.
Check with your doctor.
Do you snore ?
This can be Very serious, there is a medical term for it, I can't think of the name, Sleep Deficit disorder, it just came to me..
It means you're not breathing right when you sleep.
It can make you stop breathing, or interrupt it, the body senses this, you Wake up, then go back to sleep, then repeats, it can anyway. It can play a big role on your quality of real rest..
You are tired all day, and this in turn gos into moody, etc.
Sleep without real rest, just doesn't work..
It can also be fatal if left unchecked..
I had a close friend die from this.
So, to be on the safe side, see your doctor..
Good luck, let me know how things turn out..
IM me if you like..

Nothing's wrong with you.
You're growing, changing and hopefully maturing. You obviously have a lot on your mind, and always wanting to be the center of attention takes a heck of a lot of energy, so you may be running at top speed but subtly noticing that you're experiencing the law of diminishing returns. All that effort is returning fewer and fewer results, so something has to give, and it's you.
Make some time for yourself, ALONE. Reflect. Down-shift. Contemplate. Take stock of where you are, who are, where you want to be and WHO you want to be. For now, establish some basic principles for yourself: what you will and won't accept, what you'll do be a better person to yourself, your family, your friends.
It starts from within and your body, your soul, your inner you are all giving you a sign that they want your undivided attention.
This is part of life. Take care of youself and you'll be fine.

there is nothing wrong with you... you are perfectly normal. Just try to get your sleep adjusted.. and don't be too surprised when you don't get to be the center of attention.. :)
