Also how can I stop her kittens from playing in the litter box?
Also everytime I brush their tiny teeth ith a cat's toothbrush(the type you have to stick on your finger)they like it so much that they stick their little paws in the brush and walk around brushing their teeth and they won't eat unless they feel like their teeth have worn off, how do I stop them?

Cats love to soak up those sun rays. Just like you or I, if you lay in the sun it warms you and makes you feel like you need a nap. If your cat gets too hot, it will move to a cooler place. As for playing in the litter box - good luck. I have one that sounds as though there is a construction project being completed every time he uses the box. I don't think it's playing so much, as he just wants to make sure whatever he left behind is buried, and buried good. So, if that is the case, I wouldn't complain. I don't believe the tooth brush thing can harm your cat's teeth. But, if you are worried, try to find a rubbery cat toy that is made out of a similar type material. They probably like it because it's small, light and they can carry it around to play with. Just subsitute the new toy after the brushing session.

My cat sleeps in the sun almost all the time, so it's perfectly normal. The litterbox thing, the little ones will eventually grow out of it. Keep the toothbrush where they can't get to it, and only brush their teeth *after* they've eaten. That way, they'll associate getting a treat only if they eat their food.

It's OK for her to sleep under the sun.Every time the kittens play in the litter box, take them out and give them a little spank on the butt. When you brush their teeth do it right after they eat. Then don't brush again until they eat.

Your little kittens sound great! I wouldn't worry about them, thats just what kittens do, maybe when they are playing in the litterbox, go over and show them how to scratch their paw in it, to help with litter training. My cat loves the sun, its really about the warmth, she will lay in the direct sunbeam for a nap, she also lays on the floor where the hot water pipes run under, for warmth. Cats are creatures of comfort for sure. Good luck. :-0-)

It's a cat's way of sun bathing. As for the kittens with the brush they probably just like the feel of it in their mouths.

Cats like to sunbathe. This is normal as long as they can get into shade when they need it.

Kittens don't brush their own teeth. To keep them from running off with the kitty toothbrush, just hold onto it tighter.

PLEASE have your momma cat spayed. Thank you. :-)

Quite normal, actually. My cats not only like to sleep in a sunbeam (dog does too), they will also curl up in front of a heater or fireplace in the winter. Cats love warmth. That's why they sleep on you. Mine used to sleep on my neck at night when he was little.

As far as the other things... I wouldn't worry about stopping them. You can't. Cats will be cats. They get into things.
