Well...yea my parents are so annoying my mom dosn't cook she just warms cans of beans or otherwise orders fast food. It's not good to jog in the area I live so I can't go out. By the way I can't order healthy because they don't have salads (my mom orders from those cheap places). Even the kfc and mcdonalds here dosn't have those "special choices meal". I can't have fruit because it's always stale. And I begged my dad for a bike (tht thing where you sit but it dosn't move but u cn really burn alot of calories 4 indoors) I can't do anything in school 'cuz well it's summer. I can't be motivated 'cuz there's nothing to do REALLY! I'm under 15 n in a hurry.

*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.

*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”.
