I have asked this Question yesterday, but, I don't know why, only three people can say a word about it...
It seems that you Christains have nothing to say about the question...
it reads:
Despite the view of many Christians to the contrary, one need only refer to a host of Christian writers through the centuries to show that reasonable interpreters of the Bible have consistently upheld the doctrine of the unity of God throughout history. A good example is Edward Elwall, prominent eighteenth-century Baptist merchant and writer of religious literature. In 1726 he wrote in his tract Dagon fallen upon his stumps, `Is it not as gross an Absurdity to say, the One God of Heaven and Earth, is Three or Four Persons, as to say, the One King of Great Britain and Ireland, is Three or Four Persons? Is not the former altogether as false as the latter?

First of all I would like to state, that no one is afraid to answer your question, just that some people find it an futile exercise to try and answer a questions, that stars with "It seem you Christians have nothing to say"

But let me try to explain it anyway.

What you are essentially referring to is the doctrine of the Trinity. One God, three persons.

Jesus Christ is both the Son of God, and He is God the Son.

Jesus has always co-existed as God the Son with God the Father and God the Holy Spirit. When he was born of the Virgin Mary, He humbled Himself, in becoming a man, and stripping from Himself His Godliness. During that time He called Himself Son of Man. When he Rose from the Dead, Christ kept His human nature (body), But is not bound to it. He is both God and Man. In this nature He calls himself Son of God, because He was born of God. (The Holy Spirit came upon Mary, and she became pregnant)

So in simple terms -

He is both God and Man. He is both the Son of God, and He is God.

And another note: Don't quote one man's concept of how he saw God, even if He is a christian preacher. Men make mistakes. Base ur assumptions on the Scripture of the religion u are asking the question about. In this case, that would be the Bible.

Don't scare me!
God & the Son R 2 different entities.
The Trinity is a ruse.
The Bible condemns believing in Ghosts, so why did they then go & call part of the Trinity the Holy Ghost?
It's all Waffle & BS.

Anyway I hope that's what U mean, because I didn't go 2 the Link.
I believe all Religions R linked.

The reason no one has answered is the fact that you pose NO plausible question. Your evidence revolves around a hypothesis that the author himself regards as "an absurdity." Yet you argue the fact that christians have upheld the "unity" of God, when we insist on the "Trinity." The reference to the kings of a nation further remove you from a rational argument for ANYTHING! You seem to be well researched, yet your intelligence regarding the formation of your question leaves less to be desired as to a response to your query. The thought he was trying to invoke was that it was "absurd" to even compare a kings of many nations to our Lord! Please research yourself and the formation of your questions before you post them. We can discuss this at any time, but all I ask is that you pose a plausible question.

If you read your Bible you will see that in numerous places, things are attributed to the different persons of the trinity. For example, The creation is attributed to Jesus, the Father, and the Holy Spirit. Salvation is attributed to Jesus, the Father and the Holy Spirit. Both are attributed to God so which one is God? They are all God. God is one but has three distinct persons. I think of Him like water. Water has three states, solid, liquid and gas, each state has different physical properties but it is still water H2O. The one God exists in three different persons all of the same essence (God) but each with a distinct role and mission. You cannot carefully and honestly study the Bible and and conclude that the one God does not exist in three persons!

Not for sure what your question is......

Yahshua is Son of God
Yahshua is God the Son
Yahshua is God the Father
and Holy Spirit.
You either believe the Bible or not, I choose to. Therefore I believe in Father, Son and Holy Spirit as one God or separate Spirits.
They each have their own place.

You are a Son, Husband, and Father.....therefore you are three in one. SO SO SIMPLE.

what makes you think people are afraid of this question? First it doesn't really make sense...second ..many Christians would answer it IF they knew that you wouldn't send nasty emails through yahoo answers so they can't Spam you....third many who do ask,just want to agrue that their allah is the true god...when he is actually one made up by Ishmael,who was the son of Abrham and Hagar,the hand maid of Sara..he was told to leave the tribe..he went off & started his own religion using his father's & mother's mixed together to serve his purposes..Please don't hate me for speaking the truth....these are facts,you can not change them no matter what you say or try to do...
There is one true God....El Shadi, The God of Abrham,Issac and Jacob...Jesus Christ is His only begotten son...His Holy Spirit is His guide & comforter to those who choice to believe by faith He is real and accpet Him as their Lord.
You can believe what you want.....just don't think slamming others will draw them to your ways....

In (Surah Akhlaas) it is said...

Kul ho ALLAH hu ahaad
ALLAH hus samad
Lam ya lid walam u lad walam ya kulla ho kuffo wan ahad

Many people ask this question and don't even recognize the fact that Jesus also calls himself Son of Man. If one says that the term Son of God means he is not also God, than Son of Man must mean he is not also Man.

If he is neither true man or true God what is he?
In Jesus time it was well understood that Jesus having spoken with authority, forgiving sins, working miracles, prophesying things to come on His own behalf and not adding the words "the Lord has said" clearly showed that he claimed he was God.

St. Patrick illustrated the trinity best with the three-leaf clover. Though each leaf is a separate leaf, together they are only one clover.

How do you know that Jesus Christ is true God?

Because the Scriptures clearly call Him God, teaching the following:

A.Jesus has divine names.
John 20:28 Thomas said to Him, "My Lord and my God!"
Rom. 9:5 From them is traced the human ancestry of Christ, who is God over all, forever praised!
1 John 5:20 He is the true God and eternal life.

Note: These names are not mere honorary titles but tell exactly who Jesus is, and they can be true only of God.

B.Jesus possesses divine attributes (qualities or characteristics). He is

1.eternal (without beginning and without end);
John 1:1-2. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning.

2. unchangeable;
Heb. 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and to day and forever.

3. almighty (omnipotent);
Matt. 28:18 All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.

4. all-knowing (omniscient);
John 21:17 Lord, You know all things.

5. present everywhere (omnipresent).
Matt. 28:20 Surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

Bible narratives: Miraculous catch of fish (Luke 5:4-6; John 21:6). Jesus knows the name and character of Nathanael (John 1:48). Jesus and the woman at Jacob's well (John 4:17-18).

Note: See also Matt. 21:1-7; 26:20-25; Luke 18:31-33; 22:8-13.

C. Jesus does divine works (which only God can do).

1. He forgives.
Matt. 9:6 The Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins.

2. He created.
John 1:3 Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made.

3. He will judge.
John 5:27 [The Father] has given Him authority to judge.

4. He preserves.
Heb. 1:3 [He sustains] all things by His powerful word.

Bible narratives: At the wedding feast in Cana, Jesus revealed His glory by turning water into wine (John 2:1-11). He rebuked the storm (Luke 8:22-25). He healed the paralytic (Matt. 9:1-8). He called Lazarus back to life (John 11:38-44). He rose from the dead (Matt. 28:6-7).

D. Jesus receives divine honor and glory.

John 5:22-23 The Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son, that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, who sent Him.
Heb. 1:6 Let all God's angels worship Him.

Note: See Phil. 2:10; Rev. 5:12-13.

How do you know that Jesus Christ is also true man?

Because the Scriptures

A.clearly call Him man;

1 Tim. 2:5 There is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

B.say that He has a human body and soul;

Luke 24:39 Look at My hands and My feet. It is I Myself. Touch Me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.
Matt. 26:38 My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death.

C.speak of His human, but sinless, feelings and actions.

Matt. 4:2 He was hungry.
John 11:35 Jesus wept.
John 19:28 Jesus said, "I am thirsty."
Heb. 4:14-16 Since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are-yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Bible narratives: Jesus suffered and died (Matthew 26-27). Jesus slept (Mark 4:38). Jesus was born (Luke 2).

What two natures, therefore, are united in the one person of Jesus Christ?

The divine and the human natures are united in Jesus Christ. This personal union began when He became man (incarnation) and continues forever.

John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
1 Tim. 3:16 Beyond all question, the mystery of godliness is great: He appeared in a body.
Col. 2:9 In Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form.
Is. 9:6 To us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Matt. 28:18 All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.
Matt. 28:20 Surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
Acts 3:15 You killed the author of life.
1 John 1:7 The blood of Jesus Christ, His Son, purifies us from every sin.
Acts 20:28 Be shepherds of the church of God, which He bought with His own blood.
