If you are serious... talk to a doctor... the only thing you have to worry about is that the other person has AIDS or not. coz AIDS for sure can be transmitted like this.

If you are just having fun... then my response is... since mercury is very heavy... that is how you would feel. "Heavy"

Don't worry - the potential for mercury poisoning isn't that serious. I'd have to agree with the others though, any blood to blood contact should be checked out for more organic infections/problems! Get yourself screened for Hepatitis and HIV if you're worried about it. The medics will be able to put your mind at rest. Don't forget the human body is designed to cope with being in a hostile environment and blood-borne diseases tend not to live very long outside the body (ie dried onto a railing they'd pretty much all be dead anyway!).

It's VERY UNLIKELY that you have been poisoned as mercury is transmitted by breathing in the vapours. Over a period of time is can be dangerous and you can eventually feel nauseous, headaches, memory loss but you are fine.

If you are really worried call the doctor

Well for a start the hotter it gets the more red in the face you become........after all mercury does rise when heated..... try putting a temperature gauge of some sort on your forehead. You`de become your own weather station.
