I disagree with some of these answers. Most 19 y/o I know aren't that responsible. And yes only you can decide if you are ready for a committed relationship. However, I would not simply jump into a committed realtionship cause you think you are ready. There is alot to be said about life experience, you don't want to be wondering what you missed out on 5 years down the road, and have to deal with a messy breakup or divorce. There is still time for settling down, have fun, and don't commit to anything that isn't what you consider very special.

What does commitment mean to you? Does this mean a monogamous relationship? Or does it mean having a relationship with one person until someone else shows you a better time.

ofcouse, this is a time to enjoy and having fun. Time between 18-20 , one becomes too hot. this is right time for a commitment. instead of this, this is a time in which u enjoy sex more as compare to any other age.............
